Can I crop to an exact pixel size?

No, you define the area with your cursor. If you need an exact final size, crop first and then use the resize tool to set the exact dimensions.

Is quality lost when cropping?

No. Cropping only removes the outer pixels — the remaining pixels are identical to the original. No recompression takes place during cropping itself.

Can I apply the same crop to multiple photos?

Not all at once in this tool. For bulk cropping at the same coordinates you would need to repeat the steps manually.
